TOUCH: This week's semi-finals and finals at Miles Touch Football Club were a great success, with the Victorious Secret team taking home the Jim Logan trophy.
Miles Touch Football Club president Christopher Erwin said this season there were six teams playing and the best four teams made it to the semi-finals.
"The Victorious Secret team played against the Three's a Crowd, winning the game with a score of 23-7,” Erwin said.
"The Locals team played against the Panthers and it was a very close game with the Locals winning 4-2.
"So Victorious Secret versed the Locals in the finals - they are both really good teams and have great players.”
The Victorious Secret won the finals with a score of 11-7, taking out the Jim Logan trophy.
Erwin said Jim Logan was a long-serving member of the Miles Touch Football Club and a respected member of the community.
"The trophy is dedicated to him,” he said.
Miles Touch Football Club has about 140 members and anyone interested in playing and joining the club is welcome to phone Erwin on 0413384291.
The next season will start in February and Erwin encouraged everyone to join in.
